The belt conveyor 16 includes the support frame, two rollers rotatably connected to both ends of the support frame, the belt 19 wound around the outside of the two rollers, and the drive motor D18 for driving one roller. Two lifting blocks 20 are fixedly connected at both ends of the support frame, and the center of the lifting block 20 is provided with a longitudinal throughout threaded hole. The lifting mechanism includes the transmission shaft 21, two bevel gears A23, two drive screws 17, two bevel gears B24 and the drive motor C22. The flash mechanism 2 includes the stirring mechanism 27, the water tank 28, the flash box 25, the electrostatic generating device, and the communicating pipe 26. The stirring mechanism 27 includes the fixed guide rail 30, the stirring unit 32 slidably cooperating with the guide rail 30, and the drive motor B31 fixed on one side of the guide rail 30 and used to drive the stirring unit 32. The lower end surface of the guide rail 30 is provided with the T-shaped guide groove 33 along the front and rear direction. The stirring unit 32 includes the slide plate 34 arranged in the guide groove 33, the hollow crossbeam 35 extending in the left and right direction, and a plurality of stirring pipe bodies 41 uniformly fixedly connected to the lower end of the crossbeam 35 and communicated to the inner cavity of the crossbeam 35. an upper open end of the grinding housing (4) is fixedly connected to an inner cavity of an infeed funnel (8); a plurality of strong annular distribution magnets (9) are mounted on a side wall of the feed funnel (8); a bottom open end of the grinding housing (4) is closed by an inclined bottom plate, and a discharge port is provided on a bottom part of the inclined bottom plate; the motor cover body (5) is rigidly connected to a left side of an upper end of the grinding housing (4); the first collection box (6) and the second collection box (7) are fixedly connected to a left and a right side of a bottom end of the grinding housing (4), respectively; the grinding unit comprises a plurality of grinding knife rollers (10) arranged side by side, and the plurality of grinding knife rollers (10) are rotatably connected via a rotating shaft in the grinding housing (4), and are driven by the driving motor A arranged in the motor cover body (5) to grinding waste from the feed hopper (8); the screen unit includes a first screen body (11), a second screen body (12) and a third screen body (13), the first screen body (11), the second screen body (12) and the third screen body (13) being arranged sequentially from above down; the pore sizes of the first sieve body (11) and the second sieve body (12) in turn become smaller; the third sieve body (13) comprises a plurality of circular bars arranged at intervals to evenly distribute covering materials; the first screen body (11) is arranged obliquely down from left to right, and a right end of the first screen body (11) passes through a strip outlet A (14) mounted on a right side wall of a lower part of the grinding housing (4 ) and extends to a top of the second collection box (7); in the left and right extension directions of the conveyor (16), a feed end of the conveyor (16) is located below the garbage crushing mechanism (1), and a discharge end of the conveyor (16) extends to a position near a left side wall of the box-shaped housing (40); the conveyor belt (16) includes a support frame, two rollers rotatably connected to both ends of the support frame, a belt (19) wound around an outside of the two rollers, and a drive motor D (18) for driving one role; two pile drivers (20) are fixedly connected at both ends of the support frame, and a center of the pile driver (20) is provided with a longitudinal through threaded hole; the lifting mechanism includes a transmission shaft (21), two bevel gears A (23), two drive screws (17), two bevel gears B (24) and a drive motor C (22); the transmission shaft (21) is rotatably connected transversely to the lower part of the box-shaped housing (40); the two bevel gears A (23) enclose a left and a right part of the transmission shaft (21), respectively; the two drive screws (17) correspond to the two pile drivers (20) and are vertically rotatably connected to the lower part of the box-shaped housing (40); the two bevel gears B (24) enclose the lower ends of the two drive screws (17), respectively; the drive motor C (22) is installed at one end of the lower part of the box-shaped housing (40), and an output shaft of the drive motor C (22) is connected to one end of the transmission shaft (21); the two bevel gears B (24) are located above the transmission shaft (21) and engage the two bevel gears A (23) respectively; the top parts of the two drive screws (17) are respectively threadedly inserted into the two pile drivers (20); the flaming mechanism (2) is installed on an upper part of the box-shaped housing (40) and is located between the garbage crushing mechanism (1) and the conveyor belt (16); the flaming mechanism (2) includes a stirring mechanism (27), a water tank (28), a flaming box (25), an electrostatic generating device and a communicating pipe (26); the stirring mechanism (27) includes a fixed guide rail (30), a stirring unit (32) slidably cooperating with the guide rail (30), and a drive motor B (31) mounted on one side of the guide rail (30) used to drive agitator unit (32); a bottom end surface of the guide rail (30) includes a T-shaped guide groove (33) along the front and rear directions; the stirring unit (32) includes a sliding plate (34) mounted in the guide groove (33), a hollow crossbeam (35) extending to the left and right, and a plurality of stirring pipe bodies (41) evenly connected to a lower end of the cross beam (35) and communicate with an inner cavity of the cross beam (35); an upper end of the crossbar (35) is fixedly connected to one end of the sliding plate (34) via a vertically positioned connecting rod A; the other end of the sliding plate (34) is fixedly connected to one end of a longitudinal beam (39) arranged parallel to the cross beam (35) via a vertically positioned connecting rod B; the communicating pipe (26) is placed under the discharge port and is located on one side of an upper part of the ignition box (25), an upper open end of the communicating pipe (26) is connected to the discharge port on the bottom plate, and a the lower end of the communicating pipe (26) is rigidly connected to an inclined material sliding pipe (29); a bottom end of the material slide pipe (29) extends obliquely to an inner side of the top portion of the flash box (25); and the support platform (48) is a constant temperature heating platform; the support platform (48) is permanently installed in the box-shaped housing (40) and is located between the conveyor belt (16) and the left side wall of the box-shaped housing (40); an upper surface of the support platform (48) is flush with the strap (19); on the left side wall of the box-shaped housing (40), a box body passage port B (49) is placed in communication with the support platform (48).
